a Gray Day Training – Horse Training services and payments

Hourly Lessons

• Horse Training services – payment is due upon lesson completion, including all training fees, transport or trip charges, horse usage and arena fees.
• All Transport service fees are due upon the day of transport.
  

Horse Training & Horse Boarding

• All Services are billed a month in advance
• Monthly charges are due each month prior to TRAINING
• Invoices are due on or before the first (1st) day of each month unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
• Late Fees and Interest – accounts overdue by five (5) days, a $5 per day late fee per HORSE starting on the 6th day will be charged up to a maximum of $75 per HORSE per month
• In the event a payment is overdue by thirty (30) days OWNER will also be charged interest at the rate of 1 ½% (percent) monthly in addition to the $75 penalty
• If Owner fails to pay any amount due for more than thirty (30) days, Trainer may cease providing Services and accelerate all amounts due upon ten (10) days written notice to Owner
• Personal checks are accepted only if the balance is paid off more than ten (10) days before the HORSE(S) leave TRAINER’S possession
• Upon termination of agreement the remainder of any and all expenses shall be due and payable immediately
  

Payment Methods:

• Invoices are payable with cash, check, or PayPal

  Note that a 3% Service fee will be added to all PayPal payments

• A fee of $30.00 will be applied for each returned check and checks will no longer be accepted
• Fee Changes All fees and fee terms are subject to change upon thirty (30) days prior written notice
